基本概况

水利消能防冲设施，水流经过消力池或护坦大幅度消能后，还保持着一定的余能，海漫的作用就是要消除水流的余能，调整流速分布，均匀的扩散出池水流，使之与天然河道的水流状态接近，以保河床免受冲刷。
